Nadir Alpaslan, Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism, who came to Denizli for the 42nd International Excavation, Research and Archeometry Symposium, examined the Metropolitan Municipality Nihat Zeybekci Congress and Culture Center and Denizli Cable Car and Bağbaşı Plateau. Deputy Minister Alpaslan was presented with the General Manager of Cultural Heritage and Museums Gökhan Yazgı, Denizli Deputies Nilgün Ök and Ahmet Yıldız, Denizli Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Osman Zolan and PAU Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kutluhan accompanied him. Visiting the huge halls of 500, 1000 and 2000 people in the center, the delegation then examined the exhibition titled “Golden Traces of the Past, Our Traditional Turkish Handicrafts Journey from the Past to the Future” in the foyer area, which includes 1347 handcrafted works of 4 trainees who were trained in free courses given by Denizli Metropolitan Municipality. .

Deputy Minister Nadir Alpaslan, Mayor Zolan and their entourage then toured Denizli Cable Car and Bağbaşı Plateau, one of the centers of highland tourism, brought to life by the Metropolitan Municipality to bring color to the social life of Denizli residents and spend time with nature. Guests who went to Bağbaşı Plateau at an altitude of 1500 meters by cable car enjoyed the magnificent view. Giving information about the plateau and bungalow houses here, Mayor Zolan also talked about other tourism investments such as Denizli Ski Center implemented by the Metropolitan Municipality.
