Ukraine Becomes Eurovision 2022 Winner!

Ukraine was the winner of the Eurovision Song Contest, which was held for the 66th time this year in Italy.
Representatives from 25 countries took part in the final of this year's competition, hosted by Italy, which won Eurovision last year, at the Pala Olimpico hall in Turin.

In the final of the competition, the "Kalush Orchestra" group, representing Ukraine, won the first place with their song "Stefania" with a total of 631 points.

The song "Space Man" performed by Sam Ryders, the representative of England, came second with 466 points, while the song "SloMo" performed by Chanel, the representative of Spain, achieved the third place with 459 points.

Although England was ahead in the jury votes in the final of the competition, 439 points from the public votes, in addition to the jury votes, were decisive in the victory of Ukraine. With this result, Ukraine managed to win the Eurovision Song Contest for the third time after 2004 and 2016.

On the other hand, Italy, which hosted the organization, took the 268th place with the song "Brividi" performed by Mahmood and Blanco with 6 points. Competing with the song "Fade To Black" performed by Nadir Rustamli, Azerbaijan ranked 106th with 16 points. Germany, on the other hand, finished the competition in 6th and last place by scoring only 25 points with the song “Rockstars” by Malik Harris.
