Children under protection in the institutions of the Ministry of Family and Social Services will compete for the trophy in the 7th Turkey Badminton Championship organized by the General Directorate of Child Services.
Children, who are under protection in the institutions of the Ministry of Family and Social Services and who are engaged in badminton, are experiencing the excitement of the championship that will start tomorrow.
The badminton championship was organized in cooperation with the Ministry of Family and Social Services and the Presidency of the Turkish Badminton Federation within the scope of the activities organized to support the psychosocial, cognitive and physical development of children and to contribute to their friendship and interaction.
In this context, tournaments were held in 545 provinces with the participation of a total of 612 children, 1157 girls and 57 boys, who are under the protection of the state who are involved in badminton sports.
112 girls and 107 boys selected as a result of the tournaments in the provinces will compete for the trophy at the 30th Turkey Badminton Championship of the General Directorate of Child Services, which will be held in Ankara between May 4 and June 2022, 7.
