With the signature of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, 60 of the 17 wagons produced in the Gök Yapı Wagon Factory established in Demirağ Organized Industrial Zone (OSB), which was included in the Attraction Centers Program in Sivas, were sent off to Germany with a ceremony.
A farewell ceremony was held in front of the factory for 17 of Demirağ OSB's first production wagons to be sent to Germany. Speaking at the ceremony, Sivas Governor Yılmaz Şimşek, in his speech at the ceremony, stated that they had a very important day for Sivas's industry, production and employment. said.
Drawing attention to the fact that Demirağ OIZ is one of the biggest turning points in the economic development of the city, Şimşek said, “With its original structure, strong planning and incentive mechanisms, Demirağ OIZ has started to receive the attention it deserves. Our region, which was included in the Attraction Centers Program with the support of our President, has attracted many companies that will add value to the region with the advantages it offers. Currently, 41 of our companies that we have allocated in the region have a total investment value of 7 billion TL and a target of 14 thousand 243 employments.” he said.
Noting that they aim to produce a total of 1 wagons in both the 700st OIZ and Demirağ OIZ this year, Gök Yapı AŞ General Manager Nurettin Yıldırım stated that they will increase this number to 1000 next year.
