The total cost of 4 highways, a tunnel and 3 bridges built with the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model was 22 billion 215 million 713 thousand dollars. Until the same projects are transferred to the public, a transition guarantee of 59 billion 747 million 817 thousand dollars was given. Thus, 22.2 billion dollars more money will come out of the Treasury for 8 projects that will cost 37.5 billion dollars with state resources.

1- 1915 Çanakkale Bridge
The cost of the Çanakkale-Malkara Highway, including the 1915 Çanakkale Bridge, is 3 billion 159 million 721 thousand 36 Euros. In the project, the operation of which will be transferred to the state in 2034, a daily guarantee of 45 thousand vehicles crossing the bridge was given.
2- Menemen-Aliağa-Çandarlı Highway
A daily transfer of 2030 thousand vehicles to the Menemen-Aliağa-Çandarlı Highway with a cost of 445 million 521 thousand 627 Euros, which is planned to be made public in 35, and a total income guarantee of 541 million 301 thousand Euros.
3- Ankara-Niğde Highway
The Ankara-Niğde Highway, with a total length of 351 kilometers with its connection roads, will be transferred to the public in 2035. There are still deficiencies in the project, which costs 1 billion 462 million 628 thousand 902 Euros.
4- Eurasia Tunnel
The Eurasia Tunnel in Istanbul will go public in 2042. The daily vehicle pass guarantee given to the project, which has a cost of 1 billion 239 million 863 thousand dollars, is 68 thousand and this figure is increasing every year, although this does not hold.
5- Osmangazi Bridge and Gebze-Orhangazi-Izmir Highway
Osmangazi Bridge and Gebze-Orhangazi-İzmir Highway will be transferred to the public in 2036. In the project, which has a cost of 6 billion 312 million 392 thousand 47 dollars, the number of guarantees for both the bridge and the highway does not hold.
6- Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge and Odayeri-Paşaköy Highway
Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge and Odayeri-Paşaköy Highway project has a cost of 3 billion 456 million 244 thousand 239 dollars. The guarantee of passage over the bridge is 49 million per year, but even half of this cannot be reached.
7- North Marmara Highway Kınalı-Odayeri section
The cost of the Kınalı-Odayeri section of the Northern Marmara Highway is 2 billion 72 million 257 thousand 9 dollars. The length of the project, which is planned to be transferred to the public in 2030, reaches 80 kilometers, including the connection roads. In the project, the operational period of which has been increased from 4 years 9 months to 12 years 4 months, there are no guarantees.
8- Northern Marmara Highway Kurtköy-Akyazı section
The operation of the Kurtköy-Akyazı section of the Northern Marmara Highway will pass to the state in 2029. The vehicle pass guarantee numbers of the project, which cost 3 billion 661 million 656 thousand 404 dollars, were increased in favor of the operator company.
