President Erdoğan made a statement to members of the press who asked him questions about the agenda at the exit of the Friday prayer. When asked what issues would be discussed in his meeting with Colombian President Ivan Duque Marquez today, President Erdoğan stated that the main theme of the meetings where the heads of state came together was bilateral relations.
Regarding the meeting, President Erdoğan said, “What kind of relations can there be between Turkey and Colombia right now? What can we do? We will discuss them first. Apart from this, of course, the second step will be regional issues. Among these regional issues, it is the well-known Russia-Ukraine issue that is at the forefront of these issues in the world at the moment. We will have the opportunity to discuss them. Of course, another important issue is that there are different dimensions of terrorism in the world, but one of them, the most important, is drug smuggling. YPG is definitely a terrorist organization that the PKK gave birth to in a different way. And right now, in many European countries, especially in Germany, in the Netherlands, in Sweden, in Finland and in France, are these terrorist organizations performing all kinds of demonstrations?
