Contributing to the sustainable growth of companies with productivity-enhancing projects, Proven identifies productivity losses in production processes, designs them and eliminates them with field applications.

Providing services to contribute to the sustainable growth of companies, Proven plans to focus on overseas projects in line with its 2023-25 targets.

Proven Managing Partner M. Emre Çaptuğ; “We will continue to contribute to the sustainable growth of companies with productivity-enhancing projects. In the meantime, we are making our plans to focus on foreign projects. We are planning to take the first step with Turkish companies that have investments abroad," he said.

M. Emre Çaptuğ stated that as a Proven firm, he continues to work with a policy that is far from the classical consultancy approach; “We carry out studies that achieve fast and permanent results by applying instantaneously. These studies help companies achieve financial gains that are reflected directly on their balance sheets.” said.

WORKS WITH A HOLISTIC APPROACH

Çaptuğ stated that they first carried out the rehabilitation of equipment and processes with a holistic approach; “For example, we provide solutions to technical problems of equipment or lines that are constantly stuck or stopped due to malfunctions, by producing solutions with the technical teams of both enterprises and Proven. This provides us with the technical infrastructure to standardize. At this stage, both productivity and profitability increase, as it provides an increase in production by using the same resources.” said.

SECOND STAGE; SUSTAINABILITY WITH STANDARDIZATION

Afterwards, Çaptuğ stated that they transitioned to the sustainability phase with the standardization phase; “At this stage, standard business methods are applied in companies. Kaizen applications start at this stage. Since companies in Turkey start standardization studies and trainings without eliminating their deficiencies in the first stage, such projects either fail or cannot be sustained.” said

In the third stage, Emre Çaptuğ explained that they focused on the development of the employees and observed the daily work styles of the employees in the field and in their own work areas; “In addition to personal approaches, cultural structure is also revealed in these works. Then, we prepare a development program according to the identified deficiencies and implement it in the field. Trainings and field coaching are the basis of these stages. In the last stage, Technological Integration comes into play.” said.
