The Republic of Turkey State Railways (TCDD) General Manager Metin Akbaş and the "On-Site Solution Team" made a series of investigations in Malatya.
Today's stop of TCDD General Manager Metin Akbaş, who continues his regional visits without a break, was Malatya. Akbaş, who made inspections at the 5th Regional Directorate, TCDD Transportation Regional Directorate, Malatya Train Station, Traffic Control Center, Camera Monitoring Center and Telekomand Center, received information from the personnel about the work.
Visiting TCDD Tasimacilik AS Malatya Regional Directorate for the first time, General Manager Akbaş met with the personnel and received a briefing on the ongoing work.
After the directorate visit, Akbaş inspected the Malatya Train Station and chatted with the passengers who were at the station for train travel and asked about their needs and expectations.
Subsequently, General Manager Akbaş made inspections at the Traffic Control Center, Camera Monitoring Center and Telekomand Center, which provide remote control and control of railway systems. Having received information about the ongoing works, Akbaş held consultations with an emphasis on safety and security.
Lastly, Akbaş visited the TCDD Malatya 5th Regional Directorate in his Malatya visit program and toured the railway exhibition there. Akbaş had a warm and friendly conversation with the regional staff and then held a meeting with his administrative and technical team.
