With the end of the winter months, Ankara Metropolitan Municipality started a comprehensive spring cleaning in the Capital. The Department of Urban Aesthetics will carry out uninterrupted cleaning work on the streets and boulevards on a 98/16 basis with 14 teams consisting of 30 personnel, 7 tankers and 24 pressure washers for a month.
Ankara Metropolitan Municipality continues its cleaning works in the Capital. Aiming for the citizens of the Capital to live in a healthy and clean urban environment, the Department of Urban Aesthetics of the Metropolitan Municipality is working hard to prepare the capital, which has come out of winter conditions, for spring.
SPRING CLEANING WILL CONTINUE FOR 1 MONTH
Detailed cleaning works carried out with separate vehicles and special equipment on the streets and boulevards, especially the bus stops and their surroundings, overpasses, barriers, sidewalks and roads, are carried out by the teams of the Department of Urban Aesthetics on a 7/24 basis.
98 teams, consisting of a total of 16 personnel, 14 tankers and 30 pressure washers, also carry out the cleaning of the salts used during the efforts to combat snow and icing in the capital, as part of the spring cleaning.
