According to the study, small shopkeepers said they took their own precautions against rising bills. While 60 percent of the shopkeepers stated that they closed their refrigerator cabinets, grocers with less stocks switched to LED lighting while reducing the use of heaters and air conditioners.

Another measure taken by small shopkeepers is to replace the bulbs with LED, that is, energy-efficient ones. 20 percent of the tradesmen do not take precautions because they are not enough. While 8 percent state that they stock less, 3 percent say that they do not use a heater, air conditioner or electric stove.

45% waiting for support

Tradesmen, who try to make all the savings in their own way, say that they expect support. While 45 percent of grocery stores emphasize that they expect discounts, discounts and financial support, they think that manufacturers do not keep their promises. While 15 percent of the tradesmen are waiting for electrical support for the cabinets, 10 percent want an extension of the terms.
