The Ukrainian state railway company announced that Russia had hit the train station in the eastern Ukrainian city of Kramatorsk with a rocket. Although the exact number of deaths in the train station, which is used for the evacuation of civilians, is not known yet, it is reported that more than 30 dead and hundreds of injured.

IT WAS USED FOR evacuation of civilians

The train station in eastern Ukraine is used for the evacuation of civilians. The train line in question is known as the 'only way out' for cities such as Lavyansk, Kramatorsk and Lyman.

The war between Russia and Ukraine has been going on for 43 days. Evacuations continue in regions where the risk of attack has increased and continues. After the Donetsk Region Governor Pavlo Kyrylenko's warning that there would be hot clashes yesterday, panic started among the people. In Kramatorsk, civilians flocked to the train station to leave the city.

Speaking to The Guardian, the Governor of Donetsk said that the attack was carried out while the civilians in the city were evacuated at the train station.
