Ahmet Yüce, Chairman of the Board of ŠKODA Turkey Distributor Yüce Auto, was deemed worthy of the “Lifetime Honor Award” given on behalf of Václav Laurin and Václav Klement, the founders of the brand.
Ahmet Yüce, Chairman of the Board of ŠKODA, Yüce Auto, who has been successfully the Turkey Distributor of ŠKODA since 1989, was presented his award at a ceremony held in Czech Republic by Martin Jahn, Member of the ŠKODA Board of Directors in Charge of Sales and Marketing, and Jan Procházka, ŠKODA Auto International Sales Manager. Yüce is also the owner of the Diplomatic Merit Medal of the Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
“Together we will achieve a lot”
Making a speech after receiving the award, Yüce Auto ŠKODA Chairman of the Board Ahmet Yüce stated that he had another of the happiest days of his life and said, “For me, I would like to thank the Honor Award that the ŠKODA brand, which is a way of life rather than representing a brand in my country, has awarded me. As the Chairman of Yüce Auto ŠKODA, I receive this award on behalf of our partner in Turkey, Doğuş Holding Chairman of the Board, Mr. Ferit Şahenk, all former and new managers of our company and our employees. I am honored to be deemed worthy of this award by the world brand ŠKODA, which has been dealing only with the automobile business for 68 years and which we have represented in Turkey with the identity of Yüce Auto for 33 years, after the Czechia Order of Merit, which was conferred on it last year.” said.
Yüce continued his words as follows: “I once again reiterate my belief that our relations with ŠKODA Auto, which have been based on friendship and mutual love, will continue to increase, and I would like to express my gratitude to the entire ŠKODA family.”
