Kalyon Holding Increases Its Share in Istanbul Airport to 55 Percent

Kalyon Holding; After Limak İnşaat and Mapa İnşaat handed over their 20% shares in İGA Airport Operations AŞ, they became the major shareholder of İGA Istanbul Airport with a 55% share. The approval of the Competition Authority is awaited for the completion of the transactions.

Cemal Kalyoncu, Chairman of the Board of Kalyon Holding, whose views were included in the statement, said:

Kalyoncu continued:
