Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality continues to work on the coastal arrangements that surround the Gulf of Izmit like a neck. Work continues in the area between Gölcük Değirmendere and Halidere, with the environmentally friendly services implemented throughout the metropolitan city. The first work was started in October, most of the work has been completed. Ground arrangement was made within the scope of the works. 450 mt (meter) of pressed concrete and 50 mt (meter) stone wall were built. Another 120 meters of stone wall will be built.
SOME WORKS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED
In the coastal area between Gölcük Değirmendere and Halidere, Park and Gardens Department teams poured the concrete of 120 m² fitness equipment area and 160 m² playground area. The teams have completed the 60-meter wall foundation, and the production continues. Within the scope of the project, which was carried out at the point where the works were continuing, the production of the prayer room and toilet building was started, taking into account the special needs of the citizens. Work continues on the basic fabrication of the basketball court, which is planned to be built in the area.
