Within the frame of the provisions of the Competition Authority Professional Personnel Regulation to be employed in the Competition Authority;
1) For (25 people) Competition Assistant Expert (General) staff; From the Faculties of Economics, Political Science, Business Administration, Economics and Administrative Sciences or Management Engineering or Industrial Engineering departments of higher education institutions that provide at least four years of education,
2) For (25 people) Competition Assistant Expert (Law) staff; From Law Faculties,
3) (10 people) for the Assistant Competition Expert (Informatics) staff; Computer Engineering, Statistics and Computer, Mathematics and Computer, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Forensic Information Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Artificial Intelligence Engineering departments or those whose equivalence is accepted by the Higher Education Council or As a result of the entrance exam, which graduates can attend from education institutions abroad, Assistant Competition Experts will be recruited.

EXAMINATION CONDITIONS
Candidates who will take the exam;
1) To meet the general conditions set forth in Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48,
2) Graduates of faculties and departments listed in subparagraph (a) of the first paragraph of Article 4054 of the Law No. 35, as well as from higher education institutions listed in Article 7 of the Competition Authority Vocational Personnel Regulation, or from domestic or foreign education institutions whose equivalence is accepted by the Higher Education Council,
3) Should not have completed the age of 35 (thirty-five) as of the first day of January of the year in which the exam was held,
4) Not having a disease that may prevent them from performing their duties continuously,
5) As of the application deadline, 2020 – 2021 Public Personnel Selection Exams:
- a) For the Assistant Competition Expert (General) staff; KPSS P14, KPSS P15, KPSS P16, KPSS P24, KPSS P25, KPSS P26 KPSS P27, KPSS P28, KPSS P31 or KPSS P36 any of the score types to get at least (80) points and among the applicants with the highest score (500) their presence,
- b) For the Assistant Competition Expert (Legal) staff; To get at least (4) points from any of the KPSS P5, KPSS P6, KPSS P7 or KPSS P80 score types and to be among the applicants with the highest score (500),
- c) For the Assistant Competition Expert (Informatics) staff; They are required to get at least (1) points from KPSS P2 or KPSS P80 score type and to be among the applicants with the highest score (200).
Within the framework of Article 9 of the Competition Authority Vocational Personnel Regulation, candidates who have the same score as the candidates in the last place are also accepted for the exam.
APPLICATION FOR THE EXAM
Candidates who want to take the exam will apply through the Competition Authority - Career Gate Public Recruitment or Career Gate alimkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr on e-Government between 11.04.2022 - 11.05.2022.
