Yiğit Laçin Appointed as General Manager of Alanya-Gazipaşa Airport

Yiğit Laçin was appointed as the general manager of TAV Alanya-Gazipaşa Airport. Yiğit Laçin, who has been working at TAV Airports since 2006, was appointed as the Deputy General Manager of Alanya-Gazipaşa Airport in 2021.

Who is Yigit Lacin?

Born on May 10, 1982, Yiğit Laçin graduated from Adnan Menderes University, Department of Business Administration and Economics in 2004. He started his aviation career at TAV Ankara. Laçin successfully completed the Global ACI-ICAO Airport Management Professional Accreditation Program (AMPAP) jointly developed by the Airports Council International (ACI) and the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) in 2019. Yiğit Laçin, who has undertaken senior management positions at Ankara Esenboğa, Ohrid, Skopje and Monastir airports, has been working for TAV Airports for 16 years.

About Gazipaşa-Alanya Airport

Gazipaşa-Alanya, the second airport of Antalya, which is among the most popular tourism destinations in the Mediterranean, offers direct access to the eastern part of the region. TAV Airports won the tender for the operating rights of Gazipaşa-Alanya Airport in August 2007. With the investments made by the company, the terminal building was enlarged three times, the apron parking capacity was doubled and the runway was extended to make the airport suitable for use by wide-body aircraft. TAV has the right to operate the airport until May 2036.
