Before the Ramadan Feast, the teams of the Police Traffic Branch Directorate and the Environment and Zoning Police Branch Directorate under the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Police Department conducted an inspection at the Izmir Intercity Bus Terminal.

The teams of the Police Traffic Branch Directorate and the Environment and Reconstruction Police Branch Directorate, affiliated to the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Police Department, increased the inspections before the Ramadan Feast. The teams worked intensively on the businesses operating at the Izmir Intercity Bus Terminal, where the density was experienced before the holiday, the minibuses that make urban transportation and the district minibuses.

Food businesses were also inspected

Police Traffic Branch Directorate teams checked the driver's identification card as well as whether the minibuses have a municipal work permit during their inspections to ensure that the citizens spend the holiday in a healthy, safe and comfortable way. Again, the number of seats required in the vehicles, seat belts, interior parts, outer bodywork, fire extinguisher and first aid kits were checked. Restaurants in the bus station, kiosks selling food products and businesses selling bakery products were also inspected.

Citizens can report negative situations they encounter at the İzmir Intercity Bus Terminal to the Alo 153 line of the Police Department or to the Citizens' Communication Center at 444 40 35.
