Anadolu Isuzu Automotive Industry and Trade Inc.'s financial results for the first quarter of 2022 have been announced.
The statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) is as follows:
“In the January-March 2022 period, net sales increased by 144 percent compared to the same period of the previous year and amounted to 934 million TL. In the same period, domestic sales increased by 182 percent, while export sales increased by 549 percent. In the January-March 2022 period, a total of 926 vehicles were sold, 186 of which were for the domestic market and 1.112 for the foreign markets. Compared to January-March 2021, the company's total sales volume increased by 11 percent. In the January-March 2022 period, EBITDA increased by 198 percent compared to the same period of the previous year and reached 119 million TL. In this period, the gross profit margin increased by 144 percent, and the gross profit margin improved by 639 basis points compared to the previous year and reached 27,7 percent. Parallel to this, the EBITDA margin increased by 230 basis points to 12,7 percent. (2021: 10,4 percent) As of March 2022, the net working capital requirement was realized as 596 million TL. The net working capital requirement / net sales ratio, which was 2021 percent at the end of 11,8, increased to 18,5 percent by the end of the first quarter. (March 2021: 25,5%)”
