TAI Will Mark the Fair in Malaysia with Anka and Hürjet

Turkish Aerospace Industries will attend the 28th Defense Service Asia (DSA) Fair to be held in Malaysia on March 31-2022, 17. Turkish Aerospace Industries, which will take its place in the national pavilion specially reserved for Turkey, will exhibit the full-size model of the ANKA platform and the models of other platforms it has developed as well as HURJET and its capabilities in the structural field.

Turkish Aerospace Industries, which opened a new office in Malaysia last year, is increasing its efforts for new joint projects with Malaysia in the field of defense industry and aviation. Turkish Aerospace Industries, which will participate in the DSA fair at a high level, will meet with delegations from various countries of the world, as well as Malaysian defense industry authorities, to discuss new cooperation and business models for their projects in the field of aerospace. With the delegations that will participate in the fair, Turkish Aviation and Space Industry aims to carry out potential joint studies in many areas such as Unmanned Aerial Vehicle, Jet Trainer, Original Helicopter development, structural capabilities and modernization programs that will contribute to the development of the aviation industry.

Sharing his views on the DSA Fair, Turkish Aerospace Industries General Manager Prof. Dr. Temel Kotil said, “Malaysia is a center of increasing importance in the field of technology among Asian countries. In our office located here, in addition to our R&D activities, we aim to carry out important studies to increase the capacity in the aviation and space fields of the two countries with our Malaysian colleagues in the field of engineering. Although a short time has passed, we have signed important collaborations. We will continue these initiatives in the coming period. We are competing with our HÜRJET platform in Malaysia's Jet Trainer tender, which is closely followed by the world. Regardless of the outcome of this tender, we will continue to contribute to the development of the capacities of aviation technologies between the two countries.”
