Turkish Cargo Certified Its Service Quality with Cargo iQ

The successful brand was awarded the Quality Inspection Certificate by Cargo iQ, an interest group of IATA (International Air Transport Association) with the mission of establishing and implementing quality standards for the worldwide air cargo industry.

IATA's Geneva-based independent audit firm SGS (Société Générale de Surveillance (General Society of Surveillance)) examined all processes of Turkish Cargo, including compliance of operational processes, services offered to customers and general quality management, within the scope of Cargo iQ requirements. It has been determined that the processes and services carried out by Turkish Cargo meticulously comply with Cargo iQ's quality standards.
