Employees with the title of 2 Disabled Miners (General) who graduated from High School and Equivalent School will be recruited to be employed in our Western Lignite Enterprise Directorate with an Indefinite Term (Permanent) employment contract.
1- Applications will be made through the Turkish Employment Agency (İŞ-KUR).
2- Our request will be published in the Open Job Postings of the General Directorate of Turkish Employment Agency on 21.03.2022.
3- Our workplace operates in the Mining branch, which is subject to the very dangerous class in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331.
4- In line with the provisions of the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles to be Applied in Recruiting Employees to Public Institutions and Organizations, the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles to be Applied to Public Institutions and Organizations for Recruiting Ex-Convicts or Injured Persons who are not deemed disabled in the fight against terrorism, and the TKİ Examination Directive to be Applied in Employee Recruitment. is done.
5- The trial period is 2 months and the enterprise is subject to the social rights written in the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
6- As of the deadline for our announced Labor demand, the candidates must have graduated from the education level and departments specified in the announcement.
7- Applications at lower and higher education levels that apply to our workforce demand announced at the level of High School and Equivalent School Graduates will not be accepted.
8- Candidates included in the lists, regarding the conditions of the announcement, education level, experience, priority status, professional document, etc. have to present their documents.
9- Those who cannot document their status or make false statements will be removed from the lists.
10- Employment contracts of those who have started to work within the scope of our high school and Equivalent School Graduated workforce demand, and who are determined to be graduates of lower or higher education as of the deadline of the announcement of our demand for workforce, in accordance with the second paragraph of Article 4857 of the Labor Law No. 25 will be terminated.
11- In order to determine the candidates to be taken for the exam, 4 (four) times the number of titles announced among the candidates notified to our Institution and meeting the application conditions specified in the announcement, and the same number of substitute candidates will be determined by drawing lots in the presence of a notary public.
12- The notary drawing of lots will be held on 12.04.2022 at 10.00:12 at the General Directorate of Turkish Coal Enterprises Institution (Hipodrom Cad. No: XNUMX Yenimahalle/ANKARA).
