BÜYÜKDERBENT STATION

The people of the region had a great demand for regional express trains to stop at Büyükderbent Station, which is on the high-speed train line.

In this context, 2 steel platforms were built on the edge of the existing high-speed train lines so that regional expressways can stop at Büyükderbent Station. Thus, regional passenger trains operating between Istanbul-Adapazarı-Istanbul will also stop at Büyükderbent Station in Kocaeli-Kartepe district as of today.
