180 TRAIN WORKERS PURCHASE ANNOUNCEMENT
180 Train Formation Workers will be recruited as Indefinite Term Workers to the workplaces of the General Directorate of the Republic of Turkey State Railways.
Labor demands will be published in İŞKUR between 07.03.2022 – 11.03.2022
4- As of the announcement date, the candidates must not have attained the age of 31.
5- Candidates who graduated from the associate degree program announced in our labor force request will be able to apply.
6- Candidates in the final list sent by İŞKUR after applying to our announced workforce request; TCDD website under the Human Resources Department of the General Directorate of TCDD Enterprise (http://www.tcdd.gov.tr/) will deliver in person or by mail between the dates to be announced in the announcements section. Submitted documents will be checked.
A report will be drawn up about candidates who apply with missing documents or who do not meet the conditions specified in the announcement, and İŞKUR will be notified that their application has not been accepted.
Required documents;
– The original identity card will be shown upon delivery,
– Criminal record document with the TR ID number (from the Public Prosecutor's Office or with the e-Government password) http://www.turkiye.gov.tr address) will be received. Those who have a criminal record will bring court decisions regarding the decisions in the criminal record.
– A copy of the education document (The field/branch will be specified in the education document.) or with the e-Government password http://www.turkiye.gov.tr Barcode Graduation Certificate from
– Military status certificate (The document they will bring will state that they are discharged, suspended, paid or exempted),
– Residence and Other Address Document obtained from turkiye.gov.tr with e-Government password

– The Job Request Information Form published in the announcements section of the TCDD website (tcdd.gov.tr) will be submitted as signed and filled in with a blue ballpoint pen.
7- All announcements regarding the labor force demand (conditions sought, document delivery date/place, oral exam date/place, oral exam result) will be published in the announcements section of the TCDD website (tcdd.gov.tr).
8- In the oral examination of the candidates by the members of the Examination Board; Self-confidence is 10 points, written communication is 10 points, verbal communication is 10 points, observation-stress-problem solving abilities are 10 points, and 10 points in the field of application, out of 50 points in the skill area,
The professional term related to the school they graduated from will be evaluated out of 1 points, 10 question out of 1 points in the professional construction material, 10 questions out of 2 points in the technical subjects, 15 points in the professional field, a total of 50 points.
As a result of the evaluation, 50% of the average score given by the members of the examination board and 50% of the KPSS score will be taken and the success score and ranking will be determined.
Starting from the candidate with the highest success score, the number of original and the same number of substitute candidates will be determined as the number of workers requested.
9- Among the candidates who will be employed as train workers as a result of the oral exam;
A Drug and Stimulant Substance Test Report will be requested from the laboratory/hospital authorized by the Ministry of Health.
According to Railway Safety Critical Missions Regulation Group A Health Conditions; On the TCDD website, which is authorized to issue a Health Board Report for Railway Safety Critical Missions Personnel (http://www.tcdd.gov.tr) Health Board Report with the signature of 8 physicians (8 branches; ophthalmology, otorhinolaryngology, internal medicine, neurology, general surgery, psychiatry, cardiology, orthopedics and traumatology) will be requested from any of the published hospitals.
Matters to be included in the Health Board Report;
Eye Vision Strengths are specified separately for the right and left eyes,
Color Inspection (Ishihara) test has been done,
Hearing examination should be done (In audiometric examination, pure tone average of 500, 1000, 2000 frequencies should be 0-35 dB.) And should be indicated in the audiometry graph.
Candidates' health board reports that do not contain the phrase "A group works in safety-critical duties" and health board reports that do not have evaluation results on vision/hearing examinations will not be evaluated.
-In accordance with the TCDD Health and Psychotechnical Directive; The health board report received by the candidates for group identification and psychotechnical evaluation will be evaluated by the group identifiers.
Candidates with suitable groups will be sent for psychotechnical evaluation. The recruitment process of candidates whose group is not suitable will be terminated, and substitute candidates, if any, will be called. As a result of the psychotechnical evaluation, the candidate deemed sufficient will be appointed. The candidate deemed unsatisfactory will be sent for a second psychotechnical evaluation at least 30 days later. The recruitment process of the candidate who is deemed inadequate for the second time will be terminated, and a substitute candidate, if any, will be called.
10- Train Establishment Workers to be employed will be subject to the Labor Law No. 4857.
11- The trial period of the trainee workers is 4 month and the work contract of those who fail within the trial period will be terminated.
12- Train Establishment Workers who start work will work for at least 5 years and will not be able to request a transfer during this period. Those who have completed 5 years will be able to request transfer to workplaces with train staff.
13- Train Establishment Workers who start to work will be able to work day and night on a 24-hour basis in shifts.
14- Those who started to work as a Train Organization Worker and whose employment contract was terminated within 7 years in accordance with the second paragraph of Article 4857 of the Labor Law No. 25 and those who left by resignation; their education, course, internship, etc. % of the amount will be taken back as compensation by calculating the cost of the training program with the fee they receive during the training programs.
