According to the announcement made by the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Personnel Department, 8 permanent guards and 10 private security guards will be recruited for ESTUR Eyüp Sultan Municipality Organization company.
The personnel to be recruited will be permanent employees of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality. It is necessary to be at least 18 years old for indefinite / full-time personnel, to comply with the private security personnel identity card for private security guards, and to comply with the specified special conditions for guards.
The most important feature of the candidates who will apply is that they have to be male candidates. Male and female candidates can apply for the guard staff, and both male and female candidates for the private security guard.

The application requirements for 10 private security guards are as follows:
- being a Turkish citizen
- Not to be deprived of public rights
- Not being involved in any crime even if pardoned
- No military service for male candidates
- Not receiving a pension, unemployment, disability pension or similar support payment from any social security institution
- Having a good command of private security legislation and having worked in a workplace for at least two years as a private security officer
- not be over 30 years old
