BloombergAccording to the sources speaking to , Kalyon İnşaat will own 55 percent and Cengiz İnşaat 45 percent after the sale transactions. A source stated that after the sale, Limak aims to focus on energy and infrastructure investments in Turkey. The approval of the Competition Authority is awaited for the completion of the transactions.
In 2019, Kolin İnşaat sold its 20% stake to Kalyon and Cengiz. İGA Airports Operations with five partners was established in 2013 with equal shares for the construction and operation of Istanbul Airport.
