Amateur and professional designers over the age of 18 from all over the world can participate in the competition with a maximum of five posters.
As the 8 March International Women's Day approaches, Izmir Metropolitan Municipality is organizing an international poster competition to raise awareness on the equality of men and women with the slogan "A World Equal and Fair with Women in All Areas of Life". All amateur and professional designers over the age of 18 can participate in the competition organized with the theme of "Gender Equality" with a maximum of five posters. Designers can send their posters to “www.izbdesing.com” towards the end of March. Applications will continue until September 14, 2022, and the results of the competition will be announced on September 28.
Must not have received an award
The works to be determined by the selection committee will be rewarded. Selected works will be exhibited openly to the public. Fifteen thousand liras will be given to the winner of the competition, ten thousand to the second, 8 thousand to the third, and 5 thousand to the three honorable mentions. Designers can enter the competition with their previously published posters. However, the works must not have received an award in any national or international competition.
