SF Trade, serving in the Aegean Free Zone with its wide product range in leather and textile products, took an important step towards women's employment together with Gaziemir Municipality.
SF Trade took the lead in the employment of 20 women with the appropriate occupational criteria in the project it carried out jointly with Gaziemir Municipality, with the initiative it started with the aim of bringing women into the workforce.
SF Trade Human Resources Unit Managers said that they held collective business meetings with the awareness of social responsibility to empower women economically.

Noting that human labor should be used intensively in most of the products they produce, the Human Resources Management reminded that the employment rate of women at SF Trade is 56 percent.
Expressing that production is very important for economic development, Human Resources Department Officials continued as follows: “Unfortunately, when we consider the latest economic indicators, it is not enough for one person to work at home anymore. The participation of women in business life is even more important in this process. For this reason, we took an important step towards women's employment together with Gaziemir Municipality. As SF Trade, we produce in 4 different sectors. We always need qualified workforce. We are constantly investing in both technology and human resources.
