YELLOW WARNING

The yellow warning, which indicates the possibility of an air attack, is announced with a flat siren for 3 minutes.

When this warning is heard;

Those in the Closed Area:
Gas, electricity, water main switches in the building should be turned off. Things like burning stoves and stoves should be extinguished. Open doors and windows should be closed and curtains drawn. Shelter or place of refuge should be made available. Food and drink in closed containers should be taken to the shelter/refugee.

If there is a mask, if there is no first aid kit, first aid materials such as gauze, sterile dressings, ready-made dressings, plasters and necessary medicines, radio with batteries or transistors, flashlights, sailor lamps, gas stoves, seasonal coats, coats, overcoats and other clothing. items, plates, glasses, forks, spoons, drinking and utility water and other necessities should be transported to the shelter if they have not been prepared beforehand. These preparations should be made assuming that you will stay in the shelter for a few days.

Outdoors:
If they are nearby, they should go to their home or workplace. Those who are not close to their home or workplace; When necessary, they should go to nearby general shelters, places of refuge, or near places where they can take shelter, such as underground passages, passages, strong passages, basements, bottoms of walls, pits.

Found in the Vehicle:

RED ALERT

The red alert, which indicates the danger of an air attack, is announced by the sound of a rising and falling siren that lasts for 3 minutes.

When this alarm is heard;

Those in the Closed Area:
During the yellow alert, they must complete the missing and immediately go to the shelter, taking the necessary materials with you. They must remain calmly in the bunker until the danger has passed. If there is a gas, radiation or fire hazard in the shelter; Wearing a mask, you should go to the new shelter under the supervision of the shelter supervisor.

Outdoors:
They should immediately enter the nearest general shelters, shelters or places suitable for shelter such as underground passages, corridors, strong passages, basements, wall bottoms, pits and wait calmly until the danger has passed.

Found in the Vehicle:
They should leave the vehicle at the most convenient place and act as if in the open.

BLACK ALARM

This alarm, which indicates the danger of chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear attack, is announced with a 3-minute intermittent siren sound.

When this alarm is heard;

Those in the Closed Area:
The type of danger should be learned through announcements and/or media. If there is a radioactive danger, the bunker is immediately entered. If there is a chemical hazard, immediately enter the shelter on the upper floors. In the interiors of residences and workplaces, a part with few windows and suitable for protection should be chosen as a place of shelter. In order to prevent gas leakage inside, the perimeter and gaps of places such as doors and windows should be closed with tape paste or cloths dipped in bleach. Mouth and nose should be masked with wet cotton placed between a damp cloth. First aid materials, stored water and clean cloths should be taken and they should be waited calmly until the news that the danger has passed in the shelter.

Outdoors:
It should be entered in the nearest closed place. However, before entering the confined space, clothing should be washed or changed and, if possible, placed in a plastic bag, in case the gas may be contaminated. The exposed parts of the body should be washed with plenty of water. If there is no water, the contaminated areas with a clean cloth should be cleaned by absorbing without rubbing. When a person exposed to chemical gas has difficulty breathing, dizziness, vomiting, redness, burning and swelling in the eyes, these areas should be washed with plenty of water. The person should be kept warm and not moved too much. He should try to reach the treatment centers as soon as possible. Dirty tools and equipment should be cleaned with detergent water or bleach and should not be used if possible.

Found in the Vehicle:
Acting as if you were "in the open", stopping at the most convenient place. If there is no safe place outside, the vehicle's doors and windows and ventilation should be closed, the exposed parts of the body should be covered and you should stay in the vehicle. If there is time and possible, go home or work. If it is not possible, go out of the city in the opposite direction of the wind.

WHITE WARNING

The danger has passed warning sign is announced by means of radio, television, loudspeaker, megaphone. When this news is heard, you should leave the place of refuge and return to your normal living places, and those in need of help should be helped.
