The teams of the Numbering Department of the Science Affairs Department continue the assembly of the newly designed street signs in Bahçelievler, instead of the signs that have completed their useful life.
SAVINGS FOCUSED CHANGE: OLD SIGNBOARDS ARE RECYCLED
The teams, who recycle the old and out-of-life signs and building numbers in the numbering workshop in line with an economy-oriented approach, place the signs, which are re-prepared in Ankara font, on the boulevards, streets, streets and buildings of Başkent.
Hidayet Karataş, Head of Map Chief of the Numbering Department, who stated that a thousand signboards are made in the workshop per day, said, “Within the scope of the Ankara on the Street Project, we offer the boulevard, avenue, street and building numbers in Ankara to the service of our people with their new design. In our workshop, 300 boulevards, avenues and street and 700 building number signs are printed daily. Our teams then complete the assembly process of the renewed signboards by going to the designated points.”
