The Ministry of Commerce will recruit 657 contracted personnel by vacant appointment, to be employed in accordance with the "Principles Regarding the Employment of Contracted Personnel" determined by the clause (B) of article 4 of the Civil Servants Law No. 06.06.1978 and the Council of Ministers Decision No. 7/15754 dated 164.

Office Personnel (provincial organization) will be taken on the basis of KPSS score ranking.

Candidates can apply for only one of these positions.

EXAMINATION CONDITIONS

a) To carry the general conditions specified in the article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48,

b) Law, international relations, political science and international relations, economics, economics, public administration, political science and public administration, business administration, finance, econometrics, labor economics and industrial relations, statistics, international To graduate from the departments of trade and logistics, international trade and management, international trade and finance, finance and banking, customs business, accounting and finance management or the above-mentioned departments of higher education institutions abroad whose equivalence has been approved by the Higher Education Council,

c) To get a score of 2020 (seventy) and above from the KPSS P3 score type in the Public Personnel Selection Exam held by OSYM in 70.

Exam Application Date and Form

Applications in digital environment Applications will be received in digital environment between 15.03.2022 and 22.03.2022 until 17:00 as of the application deadline. Candidates who want to apply for the exam will apply through the Career Gate (isealimkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr). Applications made by mail or by other means will not be accepted. Applications of candidates who are found not to meet any of the required conditions will not be evaluated.

Starting from the candidate with the highest KPSS score, the main candidates will be determined not to exceed the number of positions to be appointed on the basis of the preference made on a provincial basis. If the candidates' KPSS score is equal; Among the candidates who have the same score, priority will be given to the one who graduated first as of the date of diploma, and if this is the same, the candidate who is older will be given priority. Reserve candidates will be determined on a provincial basis as much as the number of positions specified in the announcement of the exam. Those who have been placed but not appointed, those who have been appointed but have not started their duties, or those who have left the job for any reason, can be appointed to the vacant positions from the reserve list determined according to the KPSS score, until a new exam is announced for the same positions and in any case, not exceeding 6 (six) months. Having a score of 70 (seventy) and above in KPSS does not constitute a vested right for candidates who cannot enter the main and substitute rankings.
