The 5,2st stage of the 1 kilometer road, which was built by Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality, starting from Yeni Yalı District in Körfez district and going to İlimtepe District, was completed and opened to traffic. The asphalting and road lines of the 19-meter-wide, 128,7-meter-long highway crossing bridge and connection roads have been completed.
1.120 METERS DOUBLE ROAD
During the works carried out within the scope of the 5,2st stage of the 1-kilometer road starting from Körfez Yeniyalı Mahallesi and going to İlimtepe Mahallesi, 90 foundation piles were driven for the highway crossing bridge. In addition to a 45-meter-wide, 19-meter-long highway crossing bridge with 128,7 beams mounted, 1.120 meters of double road, drinking water, wastewater and storm water lines, stream improvement works, pavement and parquet construction works were carried out. The production of a 670-meter-long pedestrian guardrail and a 970-meter-long auto guardrail has been completed.
128 METERS HIGHWAY CROSSING BRIDGE
Within the scope of the 1st stage works of the İlimtepe road, a crossing bridge with a span of 128,7 meters was built so that the road can pass from south to north. The road starting from Anadolu Döküm Junction connects to Yunus Emre Street by crossing over TEM with a highway crossing bridge. Within the scope of the 1st stage works of the İlimtepe road, a 120-meter-long double road, 800-meter stream improvement and crossing culverts were also built.
TRANSPORTATION TO COMFORT
İlimtepe Connection Road 1st Stage Project will make the traffic flow of the Gulf regular and safe. Accordingly, the road starting from D-100 Yeni Yalı Neighborhood will pass through Çamlıtepe and Yavuz Sultan Selim Neighborhoods. With the completion of the next stages of the four-lane road that will provide a north-south connection between the D-100 Highway and İlimtepe Residences, the connection of the Sevindikli exit of the Northern Marmara Highway with the D-100 Highway will be provided.
