1. Aircraft maintenance workers
People who work with aircraft maintenance - both when loading airplanes and checking their technical condition, are exposed to very loud sounds. 2. Bartenders

3. Musicians

4. Construction workers

How to take care of your hearing?
The pain threshold for the human ear is approximately 125 dB. It is after exceeding this value that we feel discomfort. In some professions, workers are exposed to sounds with a volume of as much as 80-100 dB. If that's the case, it is necessary to examine the hearing on a regular basis, for example, by performing a free hearing test.
Regularity is of particular importance for the professions described above. Check your hearing at regular intervals to make sure it does not get damaged.
