According to the 4th article of the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles to be Applied in Recruiting Workers for Public Institutions and Organizations;

Temporary workers to be recruited in the provinces of Rize, Trabzon, Artvin and Giresun will be determined by drawing lots to be held by the notary public on Tuesday, March 29, 2022, at 10.00:2022 at the Rize Youth Center Conference Hall, based on the final lists of İŞKUR. Since our establishment is a Public Institution, there is a legal obligation to recruit workers from İŞKUR Provincial Directorates, so job application petitions given to both our General Directorate and our units are not valid.
A candidate worker will apply to a unit affiliated with the Province where he or she resides, those who are found to have applied to more than one unit or those who apply to a workplace outside the Province of residence will be canceled and will not be included in the recruitment lottery.
