OGS Removed at Highway and Bridge Crossings! Tolls will be collected from HGS!

General Directorate of Highways announced that OGS was abolished in highway and bridge crossings. Tolls will be collected over HGS. OGS devices will be converted to HGS label free of charge by the bank. Implementation will begin on March 31.

The General Directorate of Highways announced that the Automatic Transit System (OGS) will be abolished as of March 31, and highway and bridge tolls will be collected only through the Rapid Transit System (HGS).

In the statement made by KGM, it was stated that highway and bridge tolls are collected through two separate toll collection systems, OGS and HGS.

Pointing out that the existence of two systems in toll collection causes confusion in the transitions from the toll booths for highway users, it was reported that OGS will be abolished as of March 31, and the collection of highway and bridge tolls through HGS will continue in order to reduce the workload and increase efficiency.

In the statement, it was stated that all necessary measures will be taken so that OGS subscriber vehicle owners do not suffer from grievances, that the OGS device will be given a free HGS label by the bank, and the accounts will be converted to HGS.
