GESEME Group, which operates in the health sector based in Spain, and Bursa Metropolitan Municipality will prepare a joint project for the Alliances for Innovation call funded by the European Commission.

The "Bound of Hearts" project of the Metropolitan Municipality, which monitors the citizens aged 65 and over in the risk group living alone 7/24, and the "VR-based Healthy Life Therapy Model" projects, which are used in the fight against substance addiction, draw attention in the international arena. A delegation from GESEME Group, which operates in the health sector based in Spain, visited Bursa Metropolitan Municipality to examine the smart health applications implemented. The guest delegation was informed about the functioning of both projects developed under the coordination of the Smart Urban Planning and Innovation Department and implemented by the Health Affairs Department, and the practices in the field.

During the visit, a consensus was reached on the dissemination of these projects made in Bursa in European Union member and candidate countries and developing a new business model to ensure their sustainability. At the meeting, general and technical information about the Heart Bond Project and the VR Based Healthy Life Therapy Model Project, as well as the projects to be developed in cooperation with the GESEME Group and Bursa Metropolitan Municipality were discussed.

While exchanging ideas in order to develop projects related to smart health applications and to obtain more effective and efficient results; In this context, it was decided to prepare a joint project for the "Alliances for Innovation" call funded by the European Commission.
