Selection exams for Experiment Technology Workshops will be held in 27 provinces this weekend. Nearly 16 thousand technology-savvy prospective students will sweat in the applied renewable energy-themed technology exam.
Under the auspices of the Presidency, 3 thousand 15 student candidates will experience the excitement of the practical exam in the 954rd stage of the Experimental Workshops, which was established in cooperation between the Ministry of Industry and Technology, the Ministry of Youth and Sports, TÜBİTAK and the Turkish Technology Team Foundation.
In the first phase of the Experimental Turkey Project, implemented with institutions that contribute to the development of young people in Turkey, especially in the field of technology, trainings are carried out in 12 provinces and in the second phase in 18 provinces. In the third phase of the project, Ankara, Aksaray, Aydın, Balıkesir, Batman, Bingöl, Bursa, Denizli, Diyarbakır, Erzincan, Giresun, Hatay, Istanbul, Karaman, Kars, Kayseri, Kırıkkale, Kilis, Kocaeli, Kütahya, Mardin, Mersin, Ordu, 27 more Experimental Technology Workshops were put into operation in 36 different provinces, namely Sivas, Şırnak, Tekirdağ and Van.
In the workshops, students are given free education for 3 years on 11 different topics in fields such as electronics, software, artificial intelligence, nano technology and advanced robotic coding.
In this context, candidates will participate in the applied exam, which will be held in 12 separate and 13 centers on 27-38 February. Students will score points by demonstrating their skills with project designs that will generate electrical energy by using wind energy, one of the renewable energy sources.
