Ankara Metropolitan Municipality's Application Process for Chickpea Seed Support Has Started

Rural development in the capital continues unabated. The application process for chickpea seed support has been initiated by the Metropolitan Municipality within the scope of the project, which will encourage production on the one hand and will already provide a solution to the possible food access problem in the future. Farmers who want to benefit from the support will be able to apply online at “baskenttarim.ankara.bel.tr” until March 11, 2022.

Ankara Metropolitan Municipality, which has signed projects that support farmers in the capital city in order to contribute to both the city and the country's economy by supporting rural development, continues by diversifying these supports it gives to producers from agriculture to animal husbandry.

The application process for chickpea seed support has been initiated by the Metropolitan Municipality within the scope of the project, which will both encourage production and provide a solution to the possible food access problem in the future.

CHICK SEED SUPPORT APPLICATIONS STARTED TO BE RECEIVED ONLINE

The Rural Services Department will now provide “chickpea seeds” support to the farmers of the Capital city, 90 percent of which is grant and 10 percent is farmer contribution, after the diesel support, which has attracted great interest from the farmers.

The Rural Services Department, which opens chickpea seed applications online at “baskenttarim.ankara.bel.tr”, will continue to receive applications until March 11, 2022.

From chickpea seed support;

Those over the age of 18,

Only 1 person from the same household,

Those who have a Farmer's Certificate for 2022 will be able to benefit.

Within the scope of the support, which cannot be benefited by those whose residence address is outside of Ankara, the E-Government Output Farmer Certificate (ÇKS Document) will not be accepted. Among the conditions in which the phrase "chickpea" will be required to be included for the island/plots to be planted in the ÇKS Document, the number of applications and the amount of seeds to be supplied, and the requested acre amount can be changed by the 'administration' if deemed necessary.
