The Presidential Decision on the expropriation of some areas related to the continuation of the Bandırma-Bursa-Yenişehir-Osmaneli High Standard Railway Project was published in the Official Gazette.
In the decision in today's issue of the Official Gazette, in order to complete the Bandırma-Bursa-Yenişehir-Osmaneli High Standard Railway project in accordance with the specified work schedule and promised periods and to avoid any disruption in the procurement of foreign loans, the attached and map required within the scope of the project and their location in the list. The Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure has decided to expropriate the immovables whose island/plot numbers are indicated and the owner urgently, pursuant to Article 2942 of the Urgent Expropriation Law No. 27.
