Worker Under Ruin at TCDD Construction Site Loses His Life

In the incident that took place in the Körfez district of Kocaeli, worker Mehmet Yılmaz lost his life due to the dent in the TCDD construction site.

SözcüAccording to the news in , the incident occurred at the construction site of the Republic of Turkey State Railways (TCDD) on Tayyar Yıldırım Street in Körfez Şirinyalı Mahallesi, yesterday at noon.

Mehmet Yılmaz, who worked at the construction site, remained under the dent caused by the slipping of the wet soil. Police, firefighters and emergency medical teams were sent to the region with the notification of other workers.

Fire crews took the injured Yılmaz from where he was. 38-year-old Mehmet Yılmaz lost his life despite all the interventions in the private hospital where he was taken.
