İzmir Technology and Innovation Company (İZTEK), established by İzmir Metropolitan Municipality with the mission of providing digital conveniences in public transportation services, also makes İzmirim Card services much more active and accessible. Moving to its new service center, İzmirim Kart has placed 'Uploaders' all over the city; It also launched new services that make life easier.

İzmir Technology and Innovation Company (İZTEK), affiliated to İzmir Metropolitan Municipality, rolled up its sleeves to make İzmirim Card services used in public transportation much more accessible. While İzmirim Card Center moved to its new location across Konak Pier, card sales and filling machines were installed at 17 points throughout the city.

Ease of shipping online application

Nilüfer Çınarlı Mutlu, Chairman of İZTEK Board of Directors, said that they aim to serve the people of İzmir in more modern conditions and much faster. Çınarlı Mutlu, who gave information about the new services implemented in this direction, continued as follows:
“One of our biggest goals is that our citizens do not wait in line. From now on, we will send their cards to our citizens who make their personalized card applications via izmirimkart.com.tr.”

Expressing that they also think of citizens living in districts far from the city center and who do not have internet access or do not want to do online transactions, Çınarlı Mutlu gave the following information:

Staff and printing machine to remote counties

“In order to respond to personalized Izmirim Card applications, we have placed personnel and a printing machine in the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Local Service Unit in Menemen. We will start the same service in Ödemiş very soon. Thus, citizens in the northern and southern districts of the city will be able to make their personalized card transactions in these centers, which are closer, without having to come to the city center. In the medium term, we will increase their number even more.”

Where are the downloads?

İzmirimkart Filling Vending Machines (Loading) were placed at 17 points in the first place. On these devices, balance loading to İzmirimkarts and ticket 35 sales are made. In addition, online filling instructions can be given with these devices. With the İzmirim Card sale, personalization can also be made to the bearer's full cards in a short time in the Loadmatiks.

Loaders, Bostanli, Karşıyaka, Alsancak, Passport, Konak and Üçkuyular piers; Bornova, Halkapınar, Hilal, Çankaya, Konak, Üçyol and Fahrettin Altay metro stations; It was placed in İzmirim Card Center in Konak, in Foça and Çandarlı.
