Stating that another important stage has been completed in the Imran Kılıç Boulevard and Bridge project, which is an investment of 75 million TL, Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Hayrettin Güngör said, “As part of our project that will connect the north and south of our city, the installation of the bearing beams on our 210-meter bridge has been completed.”
Another important stage has been completed in İmran Kılıç Boulevard and Bridge, which was initiated by Kahramanmaraş Metropolitan Municipality. The beam installation on the 60-meter-long bridge, which was built within the scope of the project that will connect the north and the south of the city separated by the Sir Dam branch, and shorten the transportation of approximately 210 thousand people in the short term by half, has also been completed. Chairman Hayrettin Güngör said, “We continue to work on our 5-kilometer investment, extending from the lower part of Ağcalı Junction to Önsen Group Road. We have completed our artery filling works to a great extent. We have completed the assembly of the carrier beams on our 210-meter-long 7-foot bridge.”
Two Collars Connecting Together
Noting that the transportation between the north and the south of the city will be shortened by half with an investment of 75 million, Mayor Güngör said, “We are creating a new 10 kilometer artery with rock fills that exceed 5 meters in places. Again, we are building a 210-meter bridge over the Sir Dam branch. With this project, the transportation provided by 22 kilometers from the city center will decrease to 10 kilometers with İmran Kılıç Boulevard and Bridge. With this investment, we will also reduce the traffic density at the intersections on the Kayseri road. Good luck to our city," he said.
