Organized by İzmir Metropolitan Municipality City Theaters (İzBBŞT), Prof. Dr. Applications continue for the Hülya Nutku Theater Play Writing Competition. The application deadline is March 1st.
Theater researcher of Izmir Metropolitan Municipality City Theater (İzBBŞT), who died in September, IzBBŞT Advisory Board Member and Art Communication Director Prof. Dr. Applications for the competition organized in partnership with İZELMAN to keep the memory of Hülya Nutku alive will end on 1 March. IzBBŞT, which determines the aim of the competition as to bring new writers to Turkish literature and theater, to encourage them and to include different perspectives in our national theater with new works, expects authors who produce works in Turkish to participate in the competition with their original, previously unstaged, unpublished and unawarded plays.

Selection committee members Yücel Erten, Orhan Alkaya, Prof. Dr. Adnan Akyarlı, Eren Aysan, Hakan Meriçliler, Zeynep Nutku and Kadir Efe Oruç, the winners of the competition, and the owners of the works, Izmir Metropolitan Municipality City Theaters, Izmir Metropolitan Municipality and İZELMAN A.Ş. will be announced on their websites and social media accounts.
