The Advertisement Board, which is under the Ministry of Commerce, held its 318th meeting via video conference. At the meeting, the board evaluated 202 files.

While 200 of the 186 files that were decided by the Board regarding various sectors were considered to be against the legislation, it was decided that the promotions of 14 files were not against the legislation.

An administrative fine of 128 million 58 thousand 6 liras was imposed on 923 files that were found to be in violation of the legislation. It was decided to postpone 147 files.

Among the discussed files, there were also discounted sales advertisements, which were handled sensitively within the scope of the works of the Advertisement Board and made periodically under the names such as "Legendary Friday" and "Amazing Friday Discounts". While 55 of the 2 files in question were not found to be against the legislation, it was decided to impose a suspension penalty on 33 of them and an administrative fine of 20 million 3 thousand 658 liras in total for 448 of them.
