12 wild animals of 54 species born in Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Natural Life Park are now from Uşak.
İzmir Metropolitan Municipality sent 12 wild animals of 54 species born in the Natural Life Park to Uşak upon request, taking into account the quality of life. Animals including ostrich, red deer, fallow deer, pony, wild goat and ducks were delivered to Uşak Municipality teams.
İzmir Wildlife Park Manager Şahin Afşin stated that the population of animals increased because they felt safe in the Natural Life Park, and said: .
Flamingo is also under treatment
On the other hand, veterinarians of İzmir Wildlife Park treated the injured flamingo in İnciraltı. The flamingo, which was found to be unable to fly due to exhaustion and was delivered to the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Veterinary Affairs Directorate by the firefighters, was transferred to the Sasalı Wildlife Park. It was stated that after the treatment of the flamingo, it will be released back into nature.
