TCDD Transportation General Directorate started the training of hosts and stewardesses with the personnel responsible for YHT operation in Ankara.
Within the scope of the "Training Services and Training Consultancy" project carried out in cooperation with the Personnel and Training Department of the organization and the Passenger Department, it is aimed that the hosts and stewardesses have the equipment required by their profession.
In this context, 17 hosts and hostesses will be trained in groups of 165 with the “Host and Hostess Trainings” that started on Monday, January 14.
Trainings for 165 hosts and stewardesses by THY Aviation Academy trainers; Effective Communication Training, Elegance Training, Training on Coping with Difficult Situations and People, Cabin Attendant 101 (Basic Training) Training, Problem Solving Skills Training will be given.
It is aimed to increase the service quality of the personnel, who are in face-to-face contact with the passengers on high-speed trains and have a very important role in the image of the organization, and to have the equipment required by the stewardess profession, which is a very important service branch as in the airline.
The trainings within the scope of the "Education Services and Education Consultancy" project will cover a period of one year.
As it is known, the General Directorate of TCDD Transportation; Ankara-Eskişehir, Ankara-Istanbul, Ankara-Konya, Konya-Istanbul, Karaman-Istanbul, Karaman-Ankara high-speed and high-speed rail lines serve an average of 42-46 thousand passengers with 23 trips on weekdays and 25 on weekends, and on these trains the host and hostesses.
