TOGG, which will take the stage at the CES 2022 fair to be held in Las Vegas, USA, will introduce its technologies to the whole world. The Consumer Electronics Show (CES), which was canceled in 2020 due to coronavirus, was held online last year due to restrictions.
CES, which is planned to be held face-to-face again in 2022, will be held on January 5-7, 2022 in Las Vegas, USA.
TOGG will take the stage
CES 2022, whose developments are followed with interest, has a special importance for Turkey this year. Turkey's car, TOGG, is preparing to appear on the world stage for the first time at CES, which will be held in Las Vegas, USA.
Within the scope of the fair, TOGG's first model (100% electric SUV) that will come off the production lines at the end of this year will be introduced and TOGG CEO Gürcan Karakaş will make a presentation here.
In the last meeting held at the factory in Gemlik, Karakaş said, “We will attend the fair with our smart devices that show TOGG's future vision. We sent our smart device to the USA with Turkish Cargo.
Thousands of people from all over the world accompanied our global brand journey with a 'virtual convoy'.
At CES, we will introduce the world to our Use-Case Mobility concept, which represents our user-oriented, smart, empathetic, connected, autonomous, shared and electric features.” he had stated.
The coronavirus changed plans
The fair, in which more than 159 companies from 1900 countries participated in recent years, has started to be discussed because of the Omicron variant, which has been showing its effect recently.
Many companies, including Amazon, Meta (Facebook), Twitter and Pinterest, BMW, Mercedes and General Motors, announced that they would not send teams to this event due to the Omicron variant.
While more than 50 brands have stated that they have given up participating in the fair so far, it was emphasized that 2100 brands will participate in the fair in the statement made by CES.
On the other hand, due to the epidemic, CES will end one day before the scheduled date (on January 7).
