The construction of the Family Support Center, which was brought to Mudanya by Bursa Metropolitan Municipality and which will include a gym for women, Busmek Course Center and a Nursery, continues rapidly.
The Metropolitan Municipality demolished the two-storey building in the Ömerbey District of Mudanya District, which passed from the Special Administration to the Metropolitan Municipality, on the grounds that it was not resistant to earthquakes. After the demolition of the building, which was never used after it was transferred from the Special Administration to the Metropolitan Municipality, a modern education complex was designed on a 370 square meter floor area. Physical realization exceeded 40 percent in Mudanya Family Support Center, where women's gym, Busmek Course Center and Nursery Training Center, Almond and dietician services will also be provided.

Bursa Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Alinur Aktaş, together with Bursa Deputy Atilla Ödünç, examined the project, the foundation of which was laid in August and expected to cost approximately 4,3 million TL. Expressing that the Family Support Center, which is designed as a ground plus 3 floors, will be used intensively by children, young people and women, Mayor Aktaş said, “Here, our ladies will receive all services free of charge, from the fitness center to the dietitian department. Again, it will add value to Mudanya's social life with both our mother's lap and BUSMEK. At the moment, we have exceeded the level of 40 percent in construction. Hopefully, we aim to finish it at the end of June and open it like July. May our Mudanya Family Support Center be beneficial to our district in advance," he said.
