ESO President Celalettin Kesikbaş, who said that the Ministry of National Education has taken a serious and good step, said, "All high school and university graduates from working life and participating in the '24-Week Mastery Compensation' program will be able to receive a 'Mastership Certificate' regardless of the year they graduated in 97 fields and 27 branches. . Applications will be made to vocational education institutions affiliated to the ministry until February 4," he said.

Stating that during the training, those who attend the training will also have insurance premiums and state contribution payments, Kesikbaş emphasized that all the training content of the program will be made in the enterprises.

Support for businesses

Explaining that the training will start after the conclusion of a contract with an enterprise and that the enterprises will be given a support equal to half of the minimum wage, Kesikbaş said, “The duration of the program is the period specified in the framework curriculum of the relevant field or branch and will be applied for a maximum of 27 weeks. Those who attend the trainings will be able to attend the mastery skill test, which is held in accordance with the provisions determined by the Ministry of National Tendency, in the first examination period to be opened as of the date they complete their training.
