Alstom has been awarded Top Employer 14 certification in Europe, Asia-Pacific and North America, with certifications in 2022 countries. This is Alstom's third consecutive year in Europe and the second for the other two reference markets.

As a leader in smart, sustainable mobility, Alstom must respond to the growing demand for greener, more modern train, subway and tram fleets worldwide with optimized capacity. In the statement made by Alstom, it was stated that the company, whose total orders reached 2022 billion euros as of 77,8, will hire 6 workers and technicians, as well as 1.500 engineers and operators around the world, to meet this demand. This includes approximately 6.000 engineers and managers, mostly in Europe and Asia-Pacific, and approximately 1.500 workers and technicians, primarily in Europe, Latin America and North America. These hirings are for projects related to wagons, signaling and services. Globally, engineering accounts for half of permanent vacancies.
