Akçaray managed to break the daily passenger transport record in 2021. Akçaray broke the all-time passenger transport record with 28 passengers on October 2021, 53.613. As a result of the researches, the tram project, which is used more frequently by the citizens, added a very different aesthetic appearance to the city.

Akçaray managed to travel 20 km in total along the 800.645 km line. Trams, which provide service to their passengers with 15 stations, make a fast journey by going down to 5 minutes at peak hour. In case of need, additional tram transportation service continues by following the instant trips with 178 active dom cameras (moving), especially during peak hours.

Akçaray tram carries out a total of 20 trips per day along the 300 km round-trip line. With 18 tram vehicles, Akçaray offers citizens a fast, reliable and comfortable transportation opportunity. Passengers enjoying the journey are very satisfied with both comfort and fast transportation. The number of flights made this year was recorded as 89.324 in total. The figures revealed that the citizens preferred the tram the most.
